EFITGOID: Physical Education, in its version aimed at the Physical Education area, is a tool that allows the management, control, motivation and promotion of physical activity and healthy habits from the school environment through the Physical Education area.
It is a tool designed to establish comprehensive management of the virtual programming of the Physical Education subject, student activity inside and outside the classroom, as well as direct communication with students.
Among other functionalities, the teacher will be able to send different activities or exercises to complement and internalize what has been worked on in class linked to the contents of the didactic unit in which they are working, through challenges or evaluable individual or group activities managed by Google Classroom, the use of the Flipped Classroom methodology, the control and recording of different physical condition parameters as well as the daily monitoring of the practice of physical activity through wearables, among others.
Also with the aim of promoting and increasing physical activity both inside and outside the classroom, EFITGOID is capable of prescribing individualized training sessions for students to improve physical condition and comply with the global recommendations for daily practice of physical activity of the World Health Organization.
